WATCHES & ORDERS
When will you restock a watch?
Once a watch has sold out, it could take 1-2 weeks for us to receive a shipment of parts. We encourage signing up for back-in-stock notifications on the product page. Once signed up, you'll receive an email once the watch is available for purchase (no spam, we promise!).
Where is my order confirmation email?
We will automatically send you an order confirmation after you place an order. If you have not received an email, it may be because only a phone number in the order information. If you'd still like a confirmation, contact us with your email and we'll resend it.
Feel free to contact us if you still cannot find your order confirmation.
SHIPPING
When will I receive my order?
We have a 2 day handling time, meaning we will build and prepare your order within 2 business days of receiving it.
After the 2 day handling time, your order will then be shipped. Orders within the US are shipping via USPS Priority Mail (1-3 business days) and international orders are shipped with insured UPS Worldwide Expedited (2-5 business days).
You'll receive an email with tracking details once your order has been shipped.
How much is international shipping?
All international orders include subsidized insured delivery with UPS Worldwide Expedited®. Typically the transit time is between 2 to 5 days. Please go to checkout to see the cost and estimated delivery timeframe for your country.

WARRANTY & RETURN
What is your return policy?
We offer refunds on watches returned within 14 days of the date received. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
What is the warranty period?
12 months from the purchase date.
What are the terms of the warranty?
The Watch Cobblers 12 month warranty covers your watch for repair or replacement in case of fault, failure or defect excluding those which arise due to misuse as outlined below, even during the warranty period:
- Damage caused by improper use or carelessness.
- Superficial damage such as scratches, dents and knocks arising from regular use.
- Damage or failure arising from repair or modification by a third party person or company.
Water damage is not covered by the warranty. In the event you need to claim a repair or replacement under warranty please get in touch with your name, address, order number and a detailed description of the issue.
